01. The regular monthly Pinegrove

present: Supervisor Clifford L. Ehrhart, Supervisor Eugene A. Miller, Supervisor Rick Ehrhart, Thomas L. Sharrar, Jane Whitling, Barry Myers and Richard Switzer.

03. Minutes from the May meeting were read. Rick Ehrhart made a motion to accept the minutes as presented, seconded by Clifford Ehrhart.
Motion carried.

04. Public Participation:
Richard Switzer attended tonights meeting with two concerns. The first being the lack of a working sewage system on his neighbor’s
property. After review of his written complaint, the supervisors agreed to turn the matter over to our Sewage Enforcement Officer. His second
concern was a plugged drain creating water back-up into a field he is farming. The supervisors previously looked at the situation but there is nothing the township can do because the drain is on private property. Mr. Switzer will be kept updated on the sewage status.

05. Monthly bills for June were presented. Clifford Ehrhart made a motion to pay all bills, seconded by Rick Ehrhart. Motion carried.

06. PVFD:
· Barry Myers was present at tonight’s meeting to represent the fire department.

· There had to be an emergency withdrawal from a CD at the bank to pay for repairs to the fire truck.
· A tax exempt number for the Relief Association has been issued. Township will keep a copy on file. The fire department’s tax exempt
number is still in process. Supv. Miller reported he was given a year end financial report from the treasurer necessary to proceed.
· Supv. Miller received a call stating the PVFD is no longer eligible to apply or receive grant money because a final report was never turned in
for previous grant money. Jeff Morgan will take control of this matter.
· Monthly donation, less fuel they got from the township, was given to Supv. Miller.

07. Roadmaster report:

So what is it exactly that you are looking for or at? I was just reading PA state submitted permit details for each and every one issued. Additional report specifics are, too, validated by the state with a subsequent submission by the state before any other entity.

Are you suggesting that the reports I am viewing are in fact not there? And that the state of PA are publishing erroneous permit details (i.e., BS)?

You do realize there is a period of time allowed for the submission of production reports if oil has been confirmed?
