The minutes from the town meeting show not one ounce of evidence that there is production by Vencedor.

It is required that production is reported within 30 days following the month of production. Without these reports, it is just hearsay. If I get the permit number, (Have not found it yet), I will call the State and there was a lady there that said she would help me find if there is any production as reported.
