There is a significant amount of Niobium contained in the property that is extractable and can be processed.

That is value.

It didn't have the same value 60 years ago as it does today and that is the key. The rocks didn't change in 60 years except now the price on the market place for processed Niobium is 5x higher.

So tell me, did the rocks disappear? Did the value of those rocks change? Is the extraction process different today vs. then? Did the demand for Niobium change since that original report?

What caused you to invest in the first place? The historical data caused me to invest and I remain an INVESTOR not a trader. I have seen nothing to change the potential value of the property except to revise it upwards.
