i have read the 60 year old report that they did before they abandond the property. Nothing in there stating value at all.
but you are very aware of that. Your post says the same thing the 43-101 says which does nothing but say read the 60 year old report..

Show me the value

Dont try to hide the fact that there has never been a value stated.

Admit that there is no value here except what people assume based on a 60 year report, rumors, and scotts lies.

The value here is no more than what Scott paid for the land plus a bit of property value increase.

That is why everyone is here and SOE is not. SOE actually did their own valuation. and they passed after they were done Just like the Gulf report. They came, they tested, they ran.
