I will respond to your questions, but first I would like to say out of all of the posts you have posted over the years, a few words come to the forefront. Delusions of grandeur !!!!!! You have been so pro PTQ for many years, to me personally, I find it absurd. You speak as if you are well connected, however I have read comments from other posters who have had more accurate info when the numbers are released.

Year after year, event after event , disappointment after disappointment , you always spin this company as doing great things. Well, that is your opinion and I have mine. You may disagree with what I say, and I with you, but at the end of the day....too bad. And let us not forget, just because someone states that they believe something may or may not happen is based solely on their opinion. Sometimes you can do all the DD you want.....it still doesn't help when someone else calls the shots. Thats why we are all just spectators !!!!!!

Now back to your questions for which I thought I was clear about.....

My opinion is just what i stated previously.........the SP will go no where after the warrants are gone......and they will go away.

The target price offered by the analysts will not go up based on the current or future NI 43-101, unless perhaps we EVER hit the mother of all finds. With gold going into the toilet, that obviously does not assist in our bottom line. Are you forgetting we are a gold mine first ??? More gold equals more money.....maybe Im wrong but I doubt it. PDI is extra.....unless you believe PMC who's thought pattern was, if I'm not mistaken, to eventually close up PTQ and allow PDI to go ahead full steam.

There comes a point in time when the large shareholders aren't going to wait around for generations like you. But that is my opinion.

And lets not forget about the funds that we so desperately need to survive. Have you forgotten that we are failing in obtaining loans. Why doesn't anyone want to loan us money??? We need money to operate and expand operations. That is a no brainer. And yes, I realize that we are making money via the aggregate, but apparently, that is not sufficient.

Ps. I don't offer recommendations to buy or sell stocks.......i just offer my two cents like every other person on this board in regards to what may or may not happen.

And whatever you do, please don't tell me to sell my shares and move on because that is old. You constantly advise the board what to do in regards to DCA, but in all seriousness, i think we are all up to date on investing 101.
