I very much doubt the Adcom public servers will be overwhelmed unless a partially furloughed IT staff hasn't been able to set them up properly, although the Silver Spring facility likely has a standalone network since that's where all ACs are held. I listed to both the VVUS and ARNA 2nd ACs, where the # of people listening online surely dwarfed the # who will be listening to AMRN's.
