SBRH management has already been contacted and confirmed they changed their minds and there will be NO Reverse Split, that file was never resubmitted. They will be announcing the merger with Novacab sometime soon (thinking early next week). SBRH has just become current which is necessary to complete the merger. IF they were to do the RS there is no need to do this at all which also confirms the original confirmation of no RS.
All this fear mongering is a scare tactic by other traders that want your shares for cheap. It's a cheap tactic.
