I hold quite the bundle myself. I don't like the scare tactics but people give them up and they are cheap.. Sorry folks.

According to the stamps on the filing, it certainly appears it was resubmitted on Oct 3, 2013 and received/filed by SOS on October 4, 2013. The last signature page is dated Oct 3, 2013.

The initial submission time stamp to SOS on page1 was Sept 23, 2013. But it was never officially stamped FILED then because there was a problem with classification. The letter from SOS back to the company saying there was a problem was dated Oct 1, 2013. To my eye, Oct 3rd/4th comes after Oct 1st.

The problem was corrected and there then came an official FILED stamp by SOS of Oct 4, 2013, which can only mean it was accepted the 2nd time. Then there's a 2nd SOS stamp which looks like a "recorded" or "approved" stamp on Oct 7, 2013 by an "R. White".

The effective date on the filing for the r/s says Oct 20, 2013. In my experience, an effective date on such a filing usually means it's happening. imo
