The problem with Mart is you can never feel comfortable because communication sucks, timelines drag on forever and you can bank on bad headlines at least once per quarter. I owned it for 3 years and didn't sell at the top but happy I got out a few months back. Yes this is undervalued based on oil in the ground but the perception is why it will continue to have massive sell offs. Saying that today's price is probably a low risk entry but I would sell on any and all pops if I bought today.
