Soros I'm a general form b graduate of a government high school so that question makes my head hurt but I can guarantee you I would be able to figure a way to run within a budget if you gave me a couple trillion to work with.

Explosive inflation would be my guess... sure we're inflating anyway, but it's gradual. $16-17T all at once would wipe out our currency. All imo, and i'm not an economist.
