to use something else would be a good thought but does America manufacture anything any more to use as collateral. most of the stuff made is not from the united states. That is what france did after WWI to have the vienmere (sp) republic pay for the war in goods not worthless paper money and that is why they had super inflation. The next question is that can the world survive if the US went into hyper inflation?
