I do not have to read on, they all put the same stamp on there fines, it's there norm stamp-> WITHOUT ADMITTING TO ANY WRONG DOINGS, THE BROKERS , THE MARKET MAKERS,etc,etc,etc The fines R just the price of doing there so called Biz and getting caught, at the EOD laughing at the pennies they were charged while making $$$$$ then joking about it while having cocktails together at the club/s
