I would be surprised if a consensual deal is cut in the .50 to .80 price range, but you never know. I really have a hard time accepting that FQM wants anymore from PTQ than all of the resource rights they hold in Panama and even that has to be worth more than .50/share. If it's a friendly offer I would guess at least $1/share.
Makes more sense to me that PTQ might do a deal that allows them to keep mining gold on select concessions and keep Molejon plant to be able to eventually mill the LP ore.
