If FQM bids something between 0,80 to 1 CAD this little goldplant will 100% refinance them there takeover price in the next few years......

alone the 142k ounces stockpiles can bring a lot of free cashflow for them.

PDI and everything will be then for free for FQM.

Who said anything about the gold plant? I said if FQM chooses to JV with PTQ then most likely the plant would still be owned and operated by PTQ for their own business. I don't believe FQM is interested in the plant. Why would they be? Their interest is to get their copper mine going.

My guess is that some sort of JV would hinge around a resource agreement with maybe FQM giving PTQ some cash up front to pay their bills from said agreement. FQM knows PTQ has copper on it's concessions, I suspect at some point down the road they would like to have some or all of it. JMHO

It still makes more sense to me for FQM just to make an offer Fifer can't refuse and be done with them. There may be issues complicating them to do that at the present.
