Baxter would not touch any CDEX stuff, they learned better when they bought out BAXA.

Actually I had in mind a passel of OIL PATCH entreprenuers, centered around LUBBOCK and the Texas Oklahoma panhandle area.
Known by some as the Llano Estacado or staked plains.

They have formed a group and adopted PEMCO LLC as a bidness name.

As an entity PEMCO LLC owns more CDEX shares than anyone, and if they wished to rake over, they could do it at any time now. Especially with MPs help. They have furnished most of the money that CDEC has gotten over the past few years.
