Agreed, 6 months thats really pretty long, but aren't we all Long here @BMSN ;-)

Not every S1 takes 6 months to be declared effective. They could zip right through in 30-45 days if the first S1 doesn't get too many comments. They are giving 40% of Regen to shareholders. Fair split for sure.
