GS paid the SEC fine even though the SEC CLAIMED they could not prove any criminal wrong doing, but GS paid anyway. Hmmmm...VERY interesting.

GS Paid the claims with admitting any guilt....1/2 billion dollars is not chump change but it will not trinkle down to where it should really go...
