Mr. Peabody,

My name is Bennie L. Blankenship and I own an investment group. Over the past 3
weeks my group has been investing heavily in the Wialan Company (ticker: ACYD).
We have accumulated a significant position (13.5MM to date) and have been
alerting, promoting the stock over the past several weeks.

I have done significant research into you and the company and pleased with my
findings. I know there are several things happening at once (ticker, name
change, partnerships abroad and US as well as a buy back program).

Will the company be releasing a shareholder update soon to highlight the
progress to date on the business happenings?

As background into me I recently took early retirement from Procter & Gamble
after 20 years. The last 5 I was the Finance VP in charge of Acquisitions &
Divestitures. I utilized many of the business tools I developed over my
