Yes, now that I think about it the GE transaction was probably here especially if they had heavy machinery to look at. So that's why the investor asked were he was maybe worried that the company would not be there to sign but now we know he doesn't have to be. The hold up could be the uplist to the OTC maybe they want that to coincide with the ppa news for a stronger stock. That could be just about done to I think we are just waiting on a response from the sec.but I could be wrong.
