I've been invested in EVca since 2008 and the current share structure is gonna be close to 10 billion.. If they run the shares like they have this whole time they keep about 62% institutional owned which would leave about 4 billion out to the float.. They have been diluting this for a while now (since march) and I'm not sure how much dilution would be left but they should be really close to being done with the dilution.. If they follow past trends they will have a pr with updated financial results also announcing that the dilution is complete.. Update the share structure.. Announce plans and hopefully get a return here... To be honest they did this same thing a couple years ago, bloated the structure with hopes and dreams then reverse split it at 1 for 500.. I bought more after the split again.. If this is legit now it will hit the moon but I am a little skeptical to past dealings

Never thought i would be sorry onwning JUST JUST 1 million of a stock :S

I have started to gain some interest in otc stocks..

Owning some others.

But this one looks real bright to me.

Maybe with one mil this would give retirement oppertunities iff things work out.

Well anyways i am not thinking of selling anything.

I am holding this one for sure. lets get it to the moon first.
