On April 9, 2013, Gary Easterwood resigned as President and CEO of the Company without disagreement to devote more time to his duties as the President of our wholly-owned subsidiary The Third Stone Corporation and to pursue software development on behalf of the Company.

On April 9, Our Executive Vice President and Chairman, Walter Speck, was appointed by the Board of Directors to the position of Chief Executive Officer and President.

the Q after this was delayed, then the DTC chill. so im not sure how accurat the current share structure is, but its only been a few days since the Lifted DTC, i think Sir W. Speck deserves a chance to operate a possible multi mill/billion business. they clearly state "under developement" but with thridstone making software, i think they could be possibly designing software not just for fishing rods but what about new EV software for the cars?

the last article i read in the Forbes Magazine seemed to be pretty positive about EVcarco hitting the scene =). I missed the Level 3 communications ($LVLT) train lol if i would have held on 2 more weeks i would be retired, but instead i thought it was a scam and sold off my shares at $1.91 a few weeks later it was 22.50 per share, i kick my self everytime, i wont miss this one =).

Fishing as a sport, EV cars are both big business in America

$EVCA - 0.0001 isnt that risky for 100% gains or more is possible at these prices nothing really to complain about.
