IDCC estimated REVENUE not EARNINGS on page 8..No one can estimate the Corp. tax rate in 2009..especially with a Nuclear enabled Iran!

P.S. Qualcomm used $213 as their ASP for 3G handsets.


sinnet: One more thing that should be added to the calculation is that there are approximately 8.5 million options outstanding with a weighted average exercise price of $13.70. I would assume that many of these would be exercised. So unless there would be significant additional stock repurchases, per share earnings would be further reduced. But even with this I would be very happy with the results of your revised calculation.
