For anyone to think there is something wrong with that obviously has an agenda that goes beyond facts of common business practice.
The service they are providing is to bring investment banks who invest in this type of technology together with firms like NV requesting a loan.
People should think of it like a realestate agent. Bringing parties to the table the other party didn't know about.
Due to the fact these parties are hard to find and a huge amount goes into the process before a deal is confirmed they must be paid something up front.
Is there scammers out there doing these? I'm sure there is. Does that mean you don't try? No! Scammers are in every business sector.
