Since I don't want to post real info on RB;

I asked Brad the other day whether there was any up front money paid to Mercatus, an "advance fee" if you will. The answer was yes, for paperwork, and a sum total of "less than $5,000". I would think that would put this question/concern to rest, but I know better.

The funding may or may not close, but I have trouble believing it is anything but an honest attempt by the parties on both sides.
