This high volume with no price movement stuff got me thinking of last year. From Sept - Nov 2012, there was a steep drop to sub penny followed by a long period of high volume days with no movement and then a quick jump to .03. Was it LJC or something based on the following that Warp had mentioned.

Could it be that something similar is going on now? They took options instead of salary, but rather than actually pay .013 per share in cash, they are exercising options by purchasing them with older stock?
