More like 700,000. BIG said 2MM by the board my tally is 3.3 MM and I think I saw another 100K minimum added today. My true guess is the tradeable float or put another way the shares that can actually be bought is like 500,000

500,000 until we hit a dollar then my guess is about 1MM to 1.5MM will become available because people on the board will sell some their large positions so that they have all the money thay have invested back and then they will happily just sit back and watch.
