You are right this was just a scam and we lost big. It seems that too many of these penny stocks operate the same way and investors lose their rear ends. If you are going to play these stocks, just flip them and take the small profit and get out of them. Too many are crooks and can't be trusted. I was in that CBYI scam with alot of other investors and now it is down almost a no bid like this. At least I got out before the ship sank on that one. I am in a few others but once I am out of those I am done with pennystocks. Too much manupulation, MM games and if you are not a season pro at these stocks you will lose more than you win.
