The only way to recoup losses is to get the SEC and your State involved, and/or legal council.
Everyone should file the SEC complaint form. Has everyone done this?
Has everyone contacted there state Representatives and hound them.
They made false statements and they cannot be covered unilaterally by the umbrella disclaimer.
We can band together file a class action and at least, if we get a judgment, file a lien on their homes/cars.
