Float is actually closer to 1 MM, possibly less. Huge amounts of restricted shares allows this (BIG's FB update after talking to YIPI CEO). There is clearly no selling going on, just patient accumulation by smart investors who know this is going to fly when those fins hit. There are also multiple deals and contracts to be announced over the next few weeks with a Fortune 100 company that may want to buyout YIPI. Great things to look forward to!
