The S8 had no affect on pricing last week except for the fact that traders don't like S8's. It was filed so that a consultant regarding Brakemoor and corporations could be hired. The complete one year agreement and terms of employment were attached to the filing-I guess Tom wanted to make sure everyone understood what this was for and how the consultant would be paid. The one year contract is for 75,000.00- TRBY still could void part of the S8 if they can raise cash through other methods during the year-ex. a finance agreement. Plus, they only need to sell shares as compensation is needed throughout the year.
