That response is simply delusional.
The rights offering gives existing shareholder the chance to retain their position in the company !
The open market gives them the chance to increase their position at half the price !

WHAT, how can you command the CEO to hunker down a so called drilling addiction. This is an exploration company. How do you think they will prove resources ? If one doesn't understand that exploration is costly , many times not reveal what is hoped for one should take the risk to be involved.
