I am worried about the folks that can't see through this smoke screen. I have lost as much as I can. Good things the tax man is your friend in your gains and losses.
My guess is that the rights offering raises less than $1/2M and that the stock gets rolled back and the name gets changed.
Again if anyone can provide me with a sound rational why we should buy into the rights offering I would be glad to hear it.
