this is nonsense. The company absolutely DOES NOT have to buy back the shares - reread the SEC filing. In fact keep rereading it until you understand everything. The have until Oct 20 to return the remainder of the shares to MINE.

Does the company have to buy back shares from that Honduras company they are giving back? I only saw that 3 million share drop in the O/S - was that part of what they bought back? Don't they have like 14 million they gave that Honduras company? when will those show up? After they sell more shares to get the money to buy back the shares? Seems crazy. Wonder how that will work?
