you sure about that? Seemed a little misleading - talking of actual dollar amounts they will get when the project isn't even completed as addressed in another filing.

Did they ever plan to move forward with that project or was it just another storyline to sell shares? Diluting the crap out of the stock with that storyline and did the eventual r/s. Bet those investors that fell for it are pissed. and then they turn around and give everything back like it never happened? Were those shares affected by the reverse split by any chance?

Where did those 3 million shares come from that decreased the o/s last week? Part of that deal? is that all the shares to return?

Why would they want to buy back some more, or even do a reverse split? Counter Productive!

$MINE 3M SHARES RETURNED to Treasury Stock, causing reduction in outstanding shares.
I suggest they were going to be used but didn't need them to be after allocation.
