I still stand by my opinion that a shutdown stops Adcoms - the FDA will not have any money to pay for facilities, pay for travel costs for non-FDA panelists etc. Trust me, I sincerely hope I'm wrong about this, but I just can't see it happening if there's still no CBR passed in time.
