Perhaps it doesn't work well and has not been perfected nevertheless it works.

What is your definition of "works"?
A working unit would have results to report and WDRP has not reported any results. Why? My guess is because it doesn't work.

I also believe the human body works at heating cold water better than any unit tested by Intertek. So, by that theory, If Andrew or Robert pissed at Intertek, you could say they have a working unit(something that heats water).

That is based on facts released and very obvious.

lol . . . more like based on claims made in information released, claims which in each and every instance were later contradicted by subsequent information releases.
Oh, btw pictures do often lie, but ignoring that, there has never been a picture or film clip of a functioning (working) unit, only some stainless steel box claimed to be a workimg unit (which was obviously not running at the time of the picture)
Anyone is welcome to hold and express foolish beliefs.
Proof of function has nver been presented.
