The stock has been sitting for some time up a a few pennies and down a few pennies. The strong volume was on the upside and that is what is important. The only people who would care about low volume are new buyers or sellers and with a wide spread of 15% why would anyone bother.
When announcements come and the stock moves back toward recent highs the volume will pick up so sure no reason to complain. IT shows that there is no real impatince..well except for some day traders and the resident basher thief who had does not even own the stock.
So let it sit and there is rally no reason for it to go up and down all the time while waiting on some news. It makes more sense for it to sit actually.
