Yup CBYI declared bankrupcy once it was a real estate company 5 to 6 years ago during the real estate crush...and everybody knows that...but took it a long time to clean itself from debt and other bad issues So we are speaking about a company and not Roger Pawson...and here is its chance now to get on its foot with this merge deal...We are talking about entity here and not about an individual...and The entity right now is clean...IMHO
