This communication from US Bank is, in my opinion, a perfect example of how individual investors are treated, locked out, stiff armed, stifled, mislead, confused and otherwise discourage from participating in the stock market at the same level as larger investors. Just saying...
To think that this guy at US Bank won't find the answer is just another example of the lack of integrity banks customarily exude.
The flip side, in a service oriented business, would be to FIND OUT THE ANSWER. After all, the dude works there!
