I agree . You are in the drivers seat with the patents so if a buyout comes along you get big money or else you take on a partner with deep pockets and let the value play out. 20 million is peanuts for this product.

Value of SFOR in a buyout for future revenues, patents, possible lawsuit wins.

With 1 billion outstanding (current):
Current PPS: $0.001
Current Market Cap $1 million

$50 million buyout - $0.05 PPS
$100 million buyout - $0.10 PPS
$250 million buyout - $0.25 PPS

With 2 billion outstanding if they doubled the share count:
Current PPS: $0.001
Market Cap $2 million (if share count doubled)

$50 million buyout - $0.025 PPS
$100 million buyout - $0.05 PPS
$250 million buyout - $0.125 PPS

---------------------------------------------------

Worse case scenario is they double the share count to 2 billion (not going to happen) and only got a $50 million buyout offer.

Buy $1,000 worth at $0.001 here and at $0.025 your $1,000 is worth $25,000.

I love the upside here, DO NOT GET TALKED OUT OF YOUR SHARES!

Mark L. Kay: I could go on forever, but I understand investors and shareholders need the facts and brevity, which I believe in and already covered. I just want to remind all reviewing this, that since we are public I can say, my family personally invested $2,000,000 in StrikeForce of which I haven’t taken anything off the table and seeing the greatest opportunity of my life still in front of us with StrikeForce Technologies, Inc. In addition, personally knowing many StrikeForce’s investors and shareholders, and communicate with many on a regular basis, I want StrikeForce to succeed equally for them as ourselves. The only win is a win for all involved.

$50-100M, fool for selling it at that price???? WTF....ask Mark if he will sell it for that amount....and it's not world changing technology, it one form of cyber security that users can use (other companies are already using their own kind of cyber security, and SFOR is offering theirs to users)
