Refer to Solis's past earlier today. I think they had a board meeting and they were keeping us informed of developments as they happened.

I don't think the last two pr's were vague at all. They were just timely postings. It's obvious to me that the board meeting was happening that day and they put out the outcomes of the votes as they happened. I understand there are only 4 board members, but there still needs to be a meeting. Times don't always match up. It's only been a couple weeks. I saw it as a good thing that the pr's were put out the way they were. I agree we need details, but they will come in due time.
Dropping a huge PR after MONTHS of nothing would be useless. There was no investor awareness so the pps would not go up as much, plus this is much healthier in a chart perspective. I like what they are doing here.
