This is my concern with the recent news. Seemed to be PRs to dilute more stock. Why even bother issuing a PR regarding a LOI and a vote to increase A/S. My guess is to dupe those to buy more so they can dilute more. Why not just PR when they actually signed the agreement giving those who were in earlier true value? Looking for some answers before dropping coin in this.
