understood!

And thank you for your input. I sincerely wish I could have met him. I believe, maybe years from now, it would be akin to meeting Einstein - how very cool would that have been!

very disappointed in how mgmt imo did not aggressively pursue dose switchers crew....

I agree completely but was told (not by Peregrine) that under such Federal Authorities and investigations that Peregrine Pharmaceuticals can't speak of the details of the investigation.

What can be done next? Everyone has seen the As The World .. or Fargo Turns Posts.... re: ex-Gov Hoeven and now Senator Hoeven and Senator Hoeven can make a difference if he really believes that "patients deserve best."

For instance, he is associated with the FDA committee in the Senate:

"This committee is tasked with writing the legislation that allocates federal funds to the numerous government agencies, departments, and organizations on an annual basis. Once the annual funding levels are set by the Senate Budget Committee, the Appropriations Committee works to ensure that important projects and services are appropriately funded."

---------------------------------------------------------------

He knows which companies were granted funds and which ones requested money and were denied. Senator Hoeven also knows very well of Fargo like trial affairs and wouldn't a Senator with a such a biotech presence back home in Fargo be part of taking the initiative of writing a bill that "protects" the people during clinical trials ?? and don't fall trap to the same mistakes that other politicians make and try and cover up mistakes and protects only those agenda driven.

I know many Senators can be lobbied by business to protect big business.... but its the people who vote him in and Fargo issues will not go away. Peregrine Pharmaceuticals was one small biotech trying to give what "patients deserve best" and sometimes business and lobbyists are not out for the patients.

Senator Hoeven has been rumored to run in 2016 and my guess is imagine IF Peregrine is at center stage at that time with the anti-PS platform and Senator Hoeven was on their side assisting them in their progress. Ironically.... how many people are affected by cancer that would vote for someone based on their continued support in a drug platform that made a difference in a loved ones life? Thats a vote for a lifetime... though could go in a vote "aye" or vote "nay". Time will tell how that turns out...
