Very disappointed in how mgmt imo did not aggressively pursue dose switchers crew....
You guys are killing me with the company didn't aggressively pursue stuff. How do you know that? If there is an investigation by authorities going on how would we know that and why would the company give out any info. The authorities would not say anything until it was completed and pphm surely would not.
In any case, the investigation and/or prosecution is always done by the government first. if there was going to be any type of civil attempt to go after someone or some company it would come after.
