You are assuming they would settle. The blatant BS isn't stopping as you can clearly see. The company should do everything possible to litigate. It is their fiduciary responsibility to shareholders to explore the best possible game plan. That means they should subpoena for discovery every MM out there that has shown a propensity to short this stock.
