old news and that is nothing for a trip stock, current stocks trading above a penny with less momentum and speculation have higher A/S.
Plus Authorized Shares don't necessarily equate to Outstanding. Many companies increase Authorized Share count as part of incentives for financial agreements. When most companies seek funding they increase the AS and give them away as part of a financial package with restrictions on sell dates and prices etc.
