I don't trust that path, been in that situation twice in the last 15 years and both times they led to more share dumping and eventual worthless shares that just sit there.
never seen, heard, or been involved with companies forming companies that turned out good.
all successful companies I know of grow organically or through acquisitions, not spin offs and selling shares.
