now,,,,,why would the state of wyoming change that without authorization??? not saying it cant happen.....just another "oddity" toput inmy notes. lets see when it gets changed.
Mark post # 18785... Sandy will correct the total authorized from "unlimited" to the correct number. It will happen and is something we can count on IMO. Sandy has been proven correct on all statements so far and I expect he is being truthful on this one also. Should take one more bullet out of the bashers arsenal.
