I just spoke w/ Sandy & he "has not" increased BKMP's auth. share's.

auth. shares which are part of the capital structure on a company stayed the same during the recent name/symbol change (please see recent company PR from last Monday, 1/9/06), & it remains the same today.

I , like many of you see where the state of Wyoming recently changed the common shares from 1 BIL to Unlimited. Sandy is now aware of this & will call the state in order to have this corrected.

he doesn't know how long it will take to do this, so I figured I should notify those who might be concerned.
