Ok but if they know it's still in progress there is no way they can post the new O/S number in the filing, that was my point. Obviously if somebody messed up somewhere here it's a different case but if you can't trust the august 2013 O/S number written in the last SEC filing, then you are lost anyway. Would be the first time I have seen this in the last 15 years. Usually the SEC filing number is ALWAYS the one to go with, instead of any number from a broker or yahoo finance or from whatever.
